Works within a manufacturing environment running a variety of production equipment to make a quality product to meet customer requirements, and to meet production scheduling requirements. Reworks product per work instructions or non-conforming materials tags.
- Safely operate a variety of equipment (example: re-spoolers, jacket stripper) simultaneously to produce quality product

- Manipulate and transfer reel of material weighing upwards of 200 pounds safely

This position does or does not have Supervisory responsibilities.
Climate controlled production environment with floor to ceiling windows.
While performing the duties of this position, the TEAM Member is frequently required to talk or listen to fellow TEAM Members. The TEAM Member is frequently required to stand, walk, use full hand functions, and reach with hands and arms. In addition, safely lift/move up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis with a lift or gravity levers.
Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Use of PPE as required.
Expected Hours of Work:
Hours of work are typically Monday through Friday with the opportunity for overtime based on business needs.
Travel may be expected for this position.
No relocation is expected for this position.
Required Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Manufacturing experience helpful. Basic computer and math skills. 1– 2 years of manufacturing experience preferred. Forklift operation preferred.
